Cancellation Policy: The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Refunds will only be granted if requested via email to jslonim@thefsga.org and in accordance with the following:

• On or before July 1, 2024 (2 weeks prior to the conference start date) the registration fee will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee.
• Starting July 2, 2024, there will be no refunds.
• Registered participants may transfer their registration to someone else without penalty up until July 9, 2024.
• Attendess must have an active membership paid through 12/31/2024 to qualify for member rates and discounts.

Permissions Policy: By registering for this event, participants agree to receive email communications from FSGA and give permission to FSGA to publish any photographs or videos for educational and promotional purposes without compensation.

During the registration process, attendees will be asked the following permission questions:

• Permission to Share Contact Information: Can we share your contact information [name, title, company, email, and mailing address] with the conference sponsors and partners? 
• Permission to be Listed on Attendee List: Would you like your name and company (no contact info) to be listed in the attendee list available for all conference participants during the meeting?
• Provide Acceptance of:
  • Code of Conduct & Duty of Care 
  • Waiver of Liability
